What are your delivery/return options?
FREE
Pick ups/returns are available at our convenient location and times the evening prior to and after your school's prom date. Please see this pick up/drop off location page for details of specific dates, times and location. The day after your prom, package your dress along with you return slip and drop it off. It's that simple.
For example,
If your Prom is on a Saturday, you would pick up the dress on Friday evening and return it Sunday evening.

You may also schedule a pickup/drop off time at any Lee County, Fl. Starbucks location.

Just for you, we can also ship the dress to and from your home address. Mail it back to us in the self addressed postage paid mailer by the next business day.

How it Works
Is a deposit required on rentals?
Currently a damage deposit equal to the rent is required in the form of a check. This deposit/check will be returned after the dress has been inspected and found to be in resalable condition.
What if I want to keep the dress ?
If you want to keep the dress you rented, you may purchase the dress at its full retail price less the rental amount. However, if the dress is reserved for another occasion, you will have wait until it is returned and you have had the chance inspect it. The opportunity to apply the rental price toward purchasing the same dress expires 90 days after your rental pickup date. (some exceptions apply)
What is your return policy?
All rentals and sales of special occasion wear are final. In the event that a dress that you reserved is returned in unsaleable condition by another customer and we are not able to replace it by your event date, we will contact you immediately so that you may exchange it for another dress in our selection.
